The outage has been resolved. The outage was from approximately 6:55a to 10:29a.

Lync at CRC is not functional. Estimate time for service to be restored is 9:15a.

Appears to be a fiber cut. We are investigating. CRC has connectivity to internal resources but no internet access. EGC has no off-site network access.

eService outage

The eService system was not available this morning and a portion last night, due to a software problem. It was returned to service at approximately 8:00 am this morning. We apologize for the inconvenience.

D2L downtime tomorrow 1/17/2014 5:00am-7:00am

The Desire2Learn system will be unavailable Jan 17th 2014 from 5:00am until 7:00am. This is necessary to perform a system change. D2L will be available again by 7:00 am on Jan 17th, 2013.

D2L between semester maintenance

D2L will be unavailable all day Jan 6th 2014. This is necessary to perform the end-of-semester processes (update software, purge classes, and prepare courses for the new semester). D2L will be available again by 7:00 am on Jan 7th 2014

ARC Network problem

The problem has been resolved. The outage was from approximately 9:30 to 9:45. We are investigating the source of the problem.

ARC Network problem

The ARC network is currently disconnected from the outside world. Network traffic within the ARC network is flowing, but nothing in or out of ARC is flowing (to/from DO, other Colleges, or the general internet). We are actively working on the problem and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Library system issues

The Library systems was experiencing slowness since early this morning (4/12/13) and became completely unresponsive within the past hour. We have restarted the system and service was restored at approximately 09:00 am. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please report any new problems the the IT Help Desk.
