D2L end-of-semester maintenance – June 2, 2016

We are starting the end-of-semester processes (update software, purge semester data through Summer 2013, and prepare courses for the new semester). D2L will be available again by 7:00 am on June 3rd, 2016.

eServices and ESS Unavailable

eServices and other PeopleSoft student administration systems and ESS (Employee Self Service) were down for scheduled maintenance from Friday, May 27, 11:30 PM through Sunday, May 29, 3 PM.

District Wide Internet Outage

Internet connectivity has been restored to all Los Rios sites. Internet connectivity was interrupted from 12:55pm until 2:10pm.

District Wide Internet Outage

At approximately 12:55pm Los Rios lost connectivity to the internet. All campuses and outreach centers are affected. We are working on the issue and will provide an update as we no more.

eServices was unavailable for 1 hour

The eServices capabilities were unavailable this morning from 8:26 to 9:34 AM due to a storage problem. The system is now back to normal. If you experience any new problems, please report it to the IT Help Desk (help@losrios.edu). thank you for your understanding.
