Sacramento City officials have confirmed damage to our fiber link to the network. There is still no ETA for when repairs will be complete.

Outlook Web Access – few remaining problems

Outlook Web Access (OWA) continues to cause problems for some users, particularly our Mac Entourage customers. Work continues to resolve all problems.

eServices problem resolved last night

The problem with eServices (and all of PeopleSoft Student Admin & HR) was resolved last night after midnight. The actual time of unavailability of eServices was 90 minutes (10:30 pm to midnight).

Outlook Web Access – extra login step

Login to Outlook Web Access (OWA) temporarily requires an extra step to complete. This is a temporary condition that will be corrected soon.

eServices unavailable – working to resolve

A problem with eServices caused it to be unavailable from about 10:00 pm to midnight. IT staff are working on the problem. More information will be added when known. We expect eServices to be available at 7:00 am as usual.
