FLC Network Problems now resolved

The network problems that were experienced this morning and into the afternoon are now RESOLVED. The Online Grading System, the Financial System, and FLC user access to all systems are now fully functional. Please contact the IT Help Desk at help@losrios.edu if you experience any new issues. OGS and PeopleSoft Financials access

The network outage at FLC affected District access to OGS and the PeopleSoft Financial System (FSPRD) from approximately 10:45 am to 11:17 am. District access to these two systems has now been restored.
The network at FLC is still experiencing problems. Technical staff is working to identify and resolve the problems. The network problems affect FLC

Network problems expanded

The network problems reported about 15 minutes ago have become worse and may now affect services district-wide. The impact is not fully known at this point, but technical staff are working to identify and resolve the problems. Users district-wide and from the outside may experience intermittent problems with eLearning (D2L), eServices (student registration), District web sites, email, and other systems. We will provide additional updates as we identify and correct the problems.

Network Issues at Folsom Lake College

The network at FLC was experiencing problems and some of the network equipment is now being restarted to correct the problem. You may have seen an outage of your network access from approximately 9:00-9:15 AM (and slowness for the hour before that). We apologize for the disruption, but believe the problem will be resolved shortly. If you have any problems after 9:15, please contact the IT Help Desk at help@losrios.edu
